• Transportation costs for Ray Lucas
  - displayed items are paid for by the Manufacturers.
• Ray will show the display from Noon on Friday thru Noon on Sunday
• Ray will then act as Auctioneer for all products displayed
  - with all proceeds of the auction going to your Society.

Host Society's Responsibility

The Society will be responsible for providing the following:

• Ray's Hotel and Food costs incurred during the event.
• 4 - 8' tables or 5 - 6' tables for display purposes.
• Secured, lockable room for displays.
• Your event must be a 2 - 3 day event.
• Products must be displayed until Sunday A.M.
• 1 year Membership corresponding Membership. (publication only)
• Individual thank you letters for the donated products and Ray's service to each manufacturer.
• If Kingfish Services is attending your event, you must not write to the represented manufacturers asking for donations for your event.

Ray "Kingfish" Lucas is a spokesperson and NOT a manufacturers representative. Ray is qualified to answer any questions on the products he displays. He has full support from these manufacturers and can refer any specific problems or questions to them directly. At the completion of your society's event, Ray sends a detailed report to each of the manufacturers describing the activities of the show.
